NORTHERN CHILD ~ CRUISING

Cruising holidays can be totally tailored to your requirements to explore beautiful coastal waters and picturesque ports. The holiday can be as active and instructive as you like with everyone taking part in sailing, or you can lie back and let the professional crew take care of you. It will be predominantly day sailing with some time to explore onshore and most nights spent in harbour or at anchor.

This summer, Northern Child will be based out of the Hamble River so that you can explore the beautiful waters of the South Coast of England, or venture slightly further afield and cruise the picturesque Channel Islands, or the rock-protected coast of Northern France and the charm of the little fishing ports of North or South Brittany. You can join us for a week-end or a week as an individual or as a group. We will show you some of the finest cruising areas in Europe, and teach you as much or as little as you want.

If you would like a winter break, there are great sailing conditions in the Caribbean . A constant warm wind on the beam makes the sailing between the islands very exciting. Cruising in the Caribbean gives you the perfect opportunity to explore exotic islands, deserted shores and beaches and see places which are difficult to access other than by yacht.
