DELIVERY CRUISES |
UK to St. TROPEZ |
| This journey will start south mid-August and follow a similar route to previous years. This passage is a great opportunity to gain sea miles and experience a comfortable passage cruising down south. |
| The passage will initially heads accross the Channel to a franch port (this year Brest) before crossing the Sea of Biscay to Portugal. We usually hop along the Portugeese coast, visting La Coruna or Bayona, and Cascais before making one last stop in Portugal in Lagos on the Algave Coast. |
| After Portugal, this voyage includes a visit to the Rock of Gibraltar. The last part of this sailing trip is the 750 miles leg from Gibraltar to St Tropez via either coast of Spain or the Balearic Islands. |

| DELIVERY CRUISES |
St. TROPEZ to Las PALMAS |
| From the glamorous St. Tropez, the first stopover can either be Valencia (the Host City of the 32nd America's Cup), or one of the Balearic Islands: Palma de Mallorca, or Ibiza. |
| From there, Northern Child will sail along the Spanish coast, round the Cabo de la Nao, the Cabo de Palos and the Cabo de Gata into el Costa del Sol with possible stopovers in one of the Spanish ports, incl. Cartagena or Malaga before reaching Gibraltar |
|
| The next part of this sailing trip is the 650 miles offshore passage from Gibraltar to Lanzarote, the most easterly of the seven major Canary Islands which lies in the Atlantic Ocean only some 60 miles from the coast of Africa. After a day in the beautiful marina of Rubican, where we will have a chance to take a tour around this very interesting volcanic Island, Northern Child will sail to Las Palmas, the final destination port of this delivery cruise. |
